WTC2 East Face Collapse Initiation Ejections Recorded
The following sequence of images show the initial ejections emerging from the east face during collapse initiation.
There images were taken from a video clip in which the camera was stationary
Each colored line represents one floor height. The colored lines remain stationary so the viewer can see how ejections emerge.
2 distinct horizontal rows of ejections emerge along the white line and lower along the yellow line.
The next 4 images show the emergence and evolution of the first row of ejections:
In the next image a row of ejections slong the lower yellow line begins
to form. Note that there are no observable ejections between the 2
distinct rows:
The first row of ejections along the white line and the lower row along
the yellow line are 2 distinct, discontinuous events separated by 3
floors.
The top row of ejections is along the base of the 78th floor. The
bottom row is along the 75th floor sspandrel that supports the beam
flooring.
